WARRANTY

All HoneyStick Products are Covered by our 30 days warranty, which provides replacement of defective product, subject to the conditions of our warranty. Applicable Law: By visiting honeystick.com, you agree that the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and honeystick.com or its affiliates. Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to honeystick.com or to products you purchase through honeystick.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Miami, Florida, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate VPR Brands LP's intellectual property rights, VPR Brands LP may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Florida, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Any damages or accidental drops on items are only meant to cover the electronic functionality and integrity of the device. If the Units metal coverings are broken and the internal circuitry is damaged, it is not covered by HoneyStick warranty.

If any Glass or plastic is broken after receipt Honeystick is not responsible for the break.

If the item is damaged during the shipping process Honey Stick will file a claim with the carrier and replace the item.
